This past weekend, I helped deliver the Flawless Living Design Workshop.  Assembled were some 35 entrepreneurs, business owners and coaches.  We looked at the “Twelve Elements” of  The Flawless Living Design System.  These 12 Elements are: Happiness Is Natural, Know Yourself , In Not Up, Stop Pretending, YES and NO, reaching Out, Success By Design, Get Feedback, Values Matter, Keep Score, ReCalibrate Often, and Culture is Key.
